We follow Hexham and Newcastle diocesan programme for the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
Preparation is undertaken by school and the parish.
In Year 3 and 4, the children will study topics within curriculum lesson time. Then, in Year 4, as they are about to celebrate the sacraments, the parish complete the final preparations with the children.
