At St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Newton Aycliffe, we are committed to helping our pupils grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally. That’s why we’re thrilled to share the success of Team Up 1, 2 & 3, delivered by the fantastic team at Go Well

What is Team Up?

The Team Up programme focuses on developing essential life skills that go beyond the classroom. Through engaging activities and challenges, pupils learn the importance of:

  • Building Confidence – Encouraging children to believe in themselves and their abilities.
  • Developing Teamwork Skills – Working together to achieve shared goals.
  • Promoting Resilience and Wellbeing – Helping pupils cope with challenges and maintain a positive mindset.

These sessions have been a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to collaborate, communicate, and grow as individuals.

Why It Matters

Confidence, resilience, and teamwork are key skills for success in school and life. By participating in Team Up, our pupils are learning how to support each other, overcome obstacles, and celebrate achievements—all while having fun!

A Huge Thank You

We want to say a big thank you to Go Well for inspiring our students and helping them flourish both inside and outside the classroom. Your dedication makes a real difference!

Here’s to continuing this journey of learning, collaboration, and personal growth at St. Joseph’s!
