As participants made their way around the course, they were covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours, creating fantastic memories and bringing smiles to faces throughout the event.

Year 4 pupils from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Newton Aycliffe recently enjoyed a fantastic visit to St John’s Catholic School & Sixth Form College to watch their production of Little Shop of Horrors. The children thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to experience live theatre and were captivated by the performance from start to finish.

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Newton Aycliffe welcomed families, friends and members of the local community for a fantastic Community Fair, filled with fun activities, entertainment and memorable experiences. The event attracted a great turnout, with visitors enjoying a wide variety of attractions throughout the afternoon. One of the most popular activities was the Animal Story Petting Zoo, where children had the opportunity to meet and interact with a range of animals.

Rocking National Numeracy Day: Learning With Energy and Fun
We truly rocked National Numeracy Day at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School — and what better way to celebrate than by dressing up as rockstars! We kicked off the day with a live lesson, “Would You Rather?”, where pupils tackled a range of mathematical problems and confidently explained their choices using excellent reasoning skills.
